Refund policy

We cannot accept returns on custom orders. This includes any one-of-a-kind pieces, or any production pieces that have been customized to the buyer’s specifications.

Custom projects may be cancelled prior to completion. Projects that were paid in full at the time of ordering will not be refunded. Projects that paid a 75% non-refundable down payment will not receive a refund, but will not be required to pay the remaining 25% unless the project is completed at the time of cancellation. If the project is completed at the time of cancellation, then the remaining 25% is required to be paid in full.
